Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and we’re here to help make returns simple and stress-free.

Return Window
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order (based on your tracking or invoice date).
Eligibility Requirements
Items must be returned in original, unused condition:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of smoke, deodorant & perfume odors
- Tags attached
- Original packaging included
Approved returns will be issued as store credit (via online code) or exchanged if the item is still available.
Note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized items
- Jewelry
- Sunnies/Eyewear
- Home + Gift items
- Sale items
- Seasonal/holiday items
- Any item purchased with a 10%+ discount code
Items sent back that do not meet policy requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect every item before shipping, but if something slips through — we’ll make it right!
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report it within 3 days of delivery
- Tags must still be attached
- Email spiritandspark.ok@gmail.com with:
- A photo of the damage/defect
- Your full name
- Your order number
Items that are worn or washed before reporting are not eligible.
Exchanges
Because inventory is limited, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, you can:
- Reorder the correct size/color and send the original back for store credit (postmarked within 10 days), OR
- Return the original item first, request store credit, then repurchase the new size/color.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be postmarked by January 10th.
Holiday returns are for store credit only and must follow all standard return policies, including final sale exclusions.
